Our Story

CareLynx began with a question: What if technology could truly support quality care and be supported remotely?

Founded by experienced aged care nurse advisors, CareLynx was born from the challenges they saw firsthand — services struggling with compliance, documentation systems that didn’t reflect the realities of care, and staff working under pressure without the support they needed.

We started as clinical advisors, working in rural and remote aged care communities. Time and again, we saw that systems were being set up, but not sustained. Reports would be written, but no real change followed. We knew something different was needed — a solution that combined nursing expertise with smart technology, built for the people actually delivering care.

From that vision, CareLynx Clinical Navigator was born: a software platform paired with real clinical support, designed to uplift the aged care workforce and improve outcomes for older people. Today we integrate to provide a total solution for connected management of the aged care journey.
