This integration allows your team to view and upload vital health information securely, in real time, all within the CareLynx platform.
What is My Health Record?
My Health Record (MHR) is an Australian Government initiative that provides a secure digital platform for storing vital health information. It enables individuals and healthcare providers to access comprehensive medical records including:
Vaccination history
Prescriptions and dispensing records
Pathology reports
Diagnostic imaging
Hospital transfer summaries
Advance care documents and goals of care
This platform empowers aged care teams to spend more time with residents — and less time chasing paperwork.

What you can do with CareLynx + MHR
As part of our commitment to supporting aged care providers, CareLynx enables:
Viewing shared health summaries, discharge summaries, pathology, imaging, and more — directly within the resident profile
Uploading structured Health Care Summaries, care plans, goals of care, and observations to the resident’s MHR record
Support for Aged Care Transfer Summary (ACTS) documents, streamlining hospital transfers and improving continuity of care
Our integration aligns with the ADHA’s national digital health strategy and directly supports recommendations 66 and 68 from the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety by improving communication between aged care and hospital systems.

MHR access is available to all residential aged care providers using CareLynx, but setup is required.
To activate the feature, your facility will need to:
Provide your HPI-O number
Nominate your Responsible Officer (RO) and Organisation Maintenance Officer (OMO)
Share AHPRA IDs or HPI-Is for relevant clinical staff
We’ll guide you through every step, including PRODA setup, HPOS linking, and CSP connection.
