CareLynx License is a cloud-based software as a service (SaaS), with a monthly subscription fee that enables you and your staff to use the full functionality of the platform to proactively monitor and manage residents' care.

The functionality is also available through our full service solution CareLynx+.

Staff and management will have access to the system through any internet connected device. The system uses built in “roles” to control access to the various areas and levels of data in the system. This ensures that managers have access to all data whereas operational staff will only have access to the areas they need to perform their role. This also ensures confidential data is only able to be accessed by approved staff members.

 The assignment of these roles to different staff members is controlled by you, the client. CareLynx will ensure our system is maintained, updated and kept secure. This will ensure stability, maximum uptime and reliability for uninterrupted service.
